Choosing a provider is hard. That’s why I’ve set up the rest to be as easy and accessible as possible.
I offer virtual visits, and for in-person, there’s free parking. I keep my practice small for longer sessions and a genuine relationship. I welcome all identities. You must be between the ages of 18-64 and must be in California for treatment. I am seeing patients in-person at my office in San Jose or through telemedicine video.

First Visit/Diagnostic Consultation:
60 minutes
Follow up Medication Management Visits:
25 minutes
Vital signs laboratory tests may be required depending on condition
Location:
In-person in San Jose, Telehealth over secure video platform
Ongoing frequency:
Every 2-4 week visits on average until stabilized, then every 1-3 months thereafter
*If the appointment is virtual, you still must be in the state of California during your visits given medical regulations.
