My Style & Expertise
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief that relationship is the most important tool we have in healing.
Because of the pressures of modern medicine, psychiatric visits too often feel rushed, dismissive, or impersonal. I strive to offer something different.
Before anything else, care should be one person sitting with another, trying to understand. Many people reach out during the hardest moments of their lives, when they feel most alone, most afraid, and most raw. I consider it a responsibility, and a gift, to be allowed into such intimate terrain.
My practice is centered on psychoeducation and medication support, delivered within a therapeutic space. I’m a serious and careful prescriber who sees medication as one tool among many. Together, we’ll make sense of your suffering and whether medicine might help. Some call this holistic care; I see it as the thoughtful, balanced approach everyone deserves.
